Berry banana smoothie bowl

This my fave go to, try making your smoothie thicker add some toppings and voilia!!  Sweet Delicious  Nutritious

What’s in it?

1 cup fresh strawberries

1/2 cup raspberry

1/4 cup carrots

1 banana

1/4 cup cold water or almond milk

Toppings: chia seeds., strawberries, banana chunks, shaved carrot
