Quick meal prep

If you are anything like me, you are busy. Working two jobs, taking care of our 3 year old  and a hour commute takes a toll. Finding time to exercise AND meal prep is a challenge.

 

 

 
This is my basic work week go to. All of these pictures items can be interchangeable:

Lettuce roll ups

Salads

Smoothies

Snacks
