Morning fresh..

This morning I made a smoothie that was super refreshing healthy and tasty!

I’ve been off track for a few weeks now the goal this week is to reincorporate healthier choices again. 

This simple green smoothie is so good give it a try and let me know what you think?

1 apple

1 pear 

1/2 banana 

1cup spinach 

2 dallop a Greek yogurt 

1 spoon chia seeds
