As the cold season has taken over New England, I’ve re-introduced fresh ginger into my daily routine.
You always hear stories about the silent killer- I believe, no…I know that STRESS is definitely part of that family.
So, it’s going down yall. As those of you who follow me on iG already know, I have been decluttering and cleaning for the past few weeks. I’m not done. Why? My health journey is more than nutrition and exercise..I’m thinking whole health. Starting October 1st I will NOT buy anything that isn’t essential. Stay tuned.. Be well
Many of us are impatient at times. Losing control of our patience hurts not only us but those around us. Impatience raises our stress level and can even cause physical harm to our bodies. Being impatient can also damage relationships.
As summer is winding down, I am thinking about ways to incorporate a healthier way of life.
